Kelly
Huang is the Principal and founder of KELCO Investments.
Prior to forming KELCO Investments, Kelly was an Investment
Sales Broker at Millco Investments, a commercial real
estate brokerage in Chicago, IL. At Millco, Kelly
became the top sales broker within her second year.
In her inaugural assignment at the firm, she was given
a one year time-frame to close her first deal. Within
three months, Kelly executed the sale of three (3)
freestanding, net-lease properties at impressively
aggressive market rates. Since then, Kelly has successfully
sold net-lease and government-leased properties across
the U.S. from New Jersey to New Mexico.
Kelly's dedication to client
service and talent for selling hard-to-sell properties
has earned her recognition in the marketplace. In
2008, the Chicago Association of Realtors recognized
Kelly as Investment Sales Broker of the Year and featured
in the Wall Street Journal. In 2006, she was acknowledged
by the Chicago Commercial Real Estate Council (a division
of the Chicago Association of Realtors) with a nomination
for the Rookie Retail Investment Sales Broker of the
Year award.
Kelly is a licensed Real Estate
Broker in the State of Illinois and a member of the
International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
She graduated from Loyola University Chicago with
a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA). She
is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Kelly is an avid supporter of
the arts and volunteers annually for the Chicago Humanities
Festival.
